How do I contact you via WhatsApp?

We are at your service 5 days a week from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. Please contact us via +31 10 261 3365.

Of course, you can also feel free to send us a WhatsApp message outside of these times. We will at all times do our best to answer your question within one working day.

How do I contact you by phone?

We can be reached by telephone Monday through Thursday between 09:00 -13:00 and 14:00 - 15:00 on +31 10 261 3365.

Do these times not suit you and would you like to contact us by phone for the time being? Then send us a WhatsApp message to make an appointment by phone at a time that suits you. We will then make sure that an employee is ready for you!

Suggestion, compliment or complaint?

At LifEm, quality of care is paramount. All our treatments are certified. This means that attention to complaints and suggestions is essential for us.

I am not satisfied with my practitioner, now what?

We would like to hear about your experience with treatment. It may be a suggestion, a question or a compliment. But even if you are not satisfied, we would like to know. We always advise you to first discuss your complaint with the practitioner. Would you prefer not to do this or are you unable to resolve the issue? Then you can inform the manager of operations via info@praktijklifem.nl. Would you prefer to approach an independent party? Then you can inform the Geschilleninstantie Koepel Alternatieve Behandelwijzen (KAB) about your complaint or send an e-mail to klachten@praktijklifem.nl.

Where is LifEm?

LifEm is located at Westblaak 150 (near Eendrachtsplein metro station). The main entrance of the practice is right next to the entrance of the restaurant Kite.

Are you coming by car? Then you can park in the APCOA parking garage. This is located around the corner from the building.
